Carlos with Col Saegerman (left) who was the Belgian Military Attaché in Riyad, Saudi Arabia and LtCol Fyens (right) who lived in Sarajevo, Croatia.
LtCol Fyens was a helicopter pilot, Commander of the 18th Squadron and Chief of Staff of the Belgian Light Aviation in Germany.
Carlos has the nicest memories of LtCol Fyens and his spouse Fernande whom he considers as the nicest people he has ever met in the Army.
He will never forget their privat visit in Korça (South of Albania) in 2000 when Carlos was a European Community Monitor…
